Our Terms & Conditions


A deposit of USD 100 per person or equivalent is required on booking any camping safari and a 30% for luxury Lodge safari. In the event, cancellations and the above deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & No Show Fees

Due to limited space and high demand, we would like you to note that cancellations fees will be levied once the booking has been confirmed. Advance park fees, and hotel bookings for extra safari, once paid, will not be refunded.

The Cancellations charges and conditions are as follows:

7 Days-up to 24hrs prior to the safari 25%

Within 24hrs and no show 100%


Transportation will be on a Minivan or 4×4 Land cruiser both open roof vehicles and will be provided according to the route and the number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors.

Alteration to Tours

The company reserves the right to alter the arrangement of the route or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should condition necessitate. The Company also reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event equitable amount will be refunded.


The Company and its agents act only as agents of the passengers in all matters relating to tours. The Company’s liability to passengers is dictated by the appropriate laws of the country in which the tour takes place. However, the company accepts no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delays, loss or damages, from any cause whatsoever. Every effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary, but no rebate will be considered should we fail to do so. You are advised to take appropriate insurance cover.
