Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve
Pick up from Airport/hotel and leave for Samburu National Reserve driving across the equator to the Northern Hemisphere, and onward to the semi-arid region of Kenya. Arrive in good time for lunch and rest. In the afternoon have a game drive until late evening.

Samburu National Reserve
The name Samburu is of Maasai origin, a ‘samburr’ is a traditional leather bag the Masai use for carrying honey and milk. After breakfast, go for a full-day game drive carrying a packed lunch. A day was spent searching for the big five, the Samburu five, and observing the vast unspoiled scenery. These five particular animals are usually only found north of the equator – the long-necked gerenuk, the reticulated giraffe which is characterized by its liver-colored geometric patches defined by narrow white lines, the Grevy’s zebra which is smaller than the common zebra and looks more like a horse, the beisa oryx with a black horizontal stripe running across its lower flank and the Somali ostrich males which have blue-grey necks and thighs.

Samburu National Reserve – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, leave for Ol Pejeta Conservancy to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, enjoy your game drive in this 364sq km wildlife conservancy situated between the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdare and its game-to-area ratio tops the Kenyan park and reserve league. Ol Pejeta has over 10000 large mammals and it is the only park where the big 5 and chimpanzees can be seen. It is also where the fastest-growing population of rhinos in Africa can be found. There are southern white rhinos, about 80 endangered black rhinos, and in a special sanctuary, there are the world’s last remaining northern white rhinos.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, leave for a full-day game drive carrying a packed lunch or do a morning and afternoon game drive with lunch at the camp. Sweetwater boasts of excellent game viewing experience with the highest ratio of game to the area among any other parks or reserves in Kenya.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, check out with a game drive en route as you head for Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Great Rift Valley. After lunch an exciting game drive until 6.30 in the evening. The Park is home to stunning flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, which turn the lakeshores into a magnificent pink stretch. The bird life here is world-renowned and over 400 bird‟ species exist here, White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets, and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the White and Black Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe.

Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, leave for Maasai Mara National Reserve to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. Afternoon; leave for a game drive at globally famous for its exceptional population of lions, leopards, and cheetahs, and the annual migration of zebra, Thomson’s gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti every year from July to October, known as the Great Migration.

Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, leave for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. The Masai Mara as is popularly known remains the most exciting wildlife ecosystem in the Natural world. Masai Mara Reserve hosts the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other park in the region. The scenic appeal of this tree-studded savannah plains, its moderate climate, and the diversity of wild game species make it a one-stop for game viewing activities. We shall traverse the reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game. You shall visit the Mara river where you may watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July –October).

Masai Mara National Reserve – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, depart to Lake Naivasha to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. Afternoon optional boat ride safari and a visit to Crescent Island can be arranged at an extra cost. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow-barked Acacia Xanthophlea, known as the yellow fever tree whereby these forests abound with birdlife, and Naivasha is known as a world-class birding. The waters of the lake draw a great range of games to these shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, Buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the Lake’s large hippo population sleeps the day out in the shallows.

Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, leave with a packed lunch for a full-day game drive in Amboseli, the game Proceeds to the area of Lake Amboseli, which is a wide salt pan, consisting of permanent swamps. This area has much game, large and small, high concentration of Elephant, rhino, buffalo, Burchell’s zebra, eland, Masai giraffe, and small species of the antelope family, the common waterbuck, klipspringer, Grant’s gazelle, impala, topi, and the diminutive duiker among others.

Amboseli National Park – Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast, leave for Tsavo West National Park to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, you will head for a game view in this beautiful, rugged wilderness. The Savannah ecosystem comprises open grasslands, scrub lands, Acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation, and rocky ridges including the Poacher’s Lookout where visitors can see the teeming herds in the plains below. Tsavo West offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world and attractions include elephants, rhinos, Hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, Buffalo, and diverse plant and bird species. It also includes a visit to the Mzima Springs.

Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast; embark on a full-day game drive carrying a packed lunch. Today is a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. Explore Tsavo West National Park Two game drives are scheduled for this day. The extensive diverse habitats offer an ideal area to search for pride of Lions, Buffaloes, Cheetahs, giraffes, Zebras, Hippos, and Wildebeests. Mzima Spring, underground water seepage from Chyulu hills is a good place to watch the Hippos.
